Terms of Service

Last updated : Jul 26, 2026 · v2026-07-26

These terms govern your use of GrowQuest. By creating an account you accept them. They are written to be read, not to be skipped — if something looks unfair or unclear, tell us at contact@growquest.ai.

1. Who you are contracting with

GrowQuest is published and operated by:

  • Altaïr Engineer SRL
  • Boulevard Sainctelette 80, 7000 Mons, Belgique
  • BE0745990376
  • contact@growquest.ai

Hosting is provided by Vercel Inc. and Supabase Inc.

2. What GrowQuest is

GrowQuest is a web application that helps families structure daily life. Parents create tasks and routines; children complete them, earn experience, collect companions and unlock rewards their parent has defined. It includes visual scheduling, a focus mode, an optional emotion check-in and accessibility settings designed to work for children who need more structure — and for everyone else too.

What GrowQuest is not, and this matters:

GrowQuest is not a medical device, not a diagnostic tool and not a form of therapy. It does not diagnose, treat, prevent or monitor any condition, and it is not a substitute for advice from a doctor, psychologist, speech therapist, occupational therapist or any other professional. Nothing in the app should be read as a clinical assessment of your child. If you have a concern about your child's development, health or wellbeing, speak to a health professional.

3. Eligibility and accounts

  • You must be 18 or older and hold parental responsibility for the children you add.
  • One adult creates the family account. Other parents can be invited to the same family.
  • Children never create their own account. You create each child account yourself, choosing a username and password. Child accounts have no email address.
  • You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for everything done through your account, including by your children.
  • The information you provide must be accurate. Do not impersonate anyone.

You may close your account at any time from Settings → Privacy and your data. Doing so deletes the family account and every child account attached to it, following the process described in the Privacy Policy.

4. Your responsibility for your children's use

You decide what tasks exist, what rewards are offered, what the child sees and which optional features are switched on. GrowQuest gives you the controls; the parenting decisions remain yours.

In particular, you are responsible for enabling the optional emotion check-in, which involves data about your child's emotional state. The consent screen explains what is recorded before you can turn it on.

5. Free and Premium

GrowQuest has a free tier that stays free. Premium unlocks additional features.

PlanPrice
Free€0
Premium, monthly€3.99 per month, VAT included
Premium, annual€39.99 per year, VAT included — two months free
  • Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel.
  • You can cancel at any time from Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for; you keep Premium until then.
  • Cancelling mid-period does not trigger a partial refund, except where the law gives you one.
  • Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
  • If a payment fails, Premium features may be suspended until it succeeds.
  • We may change prices for future periods. If we do, we will tell existing subscribers by email at least 30 days beforehand, and you can cancel before the new price applies. A price change never applies to a period already paid for.

6. Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)

As a consumer in the European Union you have 14 days from subscribing to withdraw, without giving a reason. Write to contact@growquest.ai within that window and we will refund you.

One nuance the law requires us to state: if you ask for the subscription to start immediately — which is what happens when you subscribe and use Premium at once — and you then withdraw, you owe an amount proportionate to what you actually used before withdrawing. In practice, on a €3.99 monthly plan, that is a few cents.

7. Acceptable use

Do not:

  • use GrowQuest for anything unlawful, or to harass, humiliate or punish a child;
  • write abusive, threatening or sexual content in task names, reward names or family messages;
  • try to access another family's data, probe the service for vulnerabilities without telling us, or disrupt its operation;
  • scrape, copy or reuse the application's content, artwork or data outside your own family use;
  • resell or sublicense access to the service.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will warn you first and explain why.

Found a security flaw? Please report it to contact@growquest.ai before disclosing it. We will not pursue anyone who reports in good faith and gives us a reasonable window to fix it.

8. Content and intellectual property

  • Ours: the application, its source code, its design, its pixel-art characters, Growies and bosses, and the GrowQuest name and logo belong to Altaïr Engineer SRL. Your subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable right to use the service — it does not transfer ownership of anything.
  • Yours: the content you create — task names, reward names, family messages, notes — remains yours. You grant us only the limited licence needed to store and display it inside your family's account, so the service can work. We do not use your content for anything else, and we do not use it to train models.
  • Printable boards generated by the app are yours to print and use at home.

9. Availability

We aim to keep GrowQuest available and working, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. Maintenance, third-party provider outages and incidents happen. We will give notice of planned maintenance where we reasonably can.

Features evolve. We may add, change or retire features. If we retire something you rely on, we will give reasonable notice, and if that materially reduces what you paid for, you can cancel and we will refund the unused part of your period.

10. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law — including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or under mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence. Your statutory rights as a consumer are unaffected.

Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability in connection with the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

GrowQuest is a support tool, not a supervisor. We are not responsible for decisions you take about your child's routine, rewards or wellbeing.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. For any material change we will notify account holders by email at least 30 days beforehand, and ask you to accept the new version at your next sign-in. If you do not accept, you can close your account and we will refund the unused part of any period already paid.

The current version is 2026-07-26, published on 2026-07-26.

12. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by Belgian law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence.

We would rather solve a problem directly, so please write to contact@growquest.ai first. If that does not work, EU consumers can use the European Commission's online dispute-resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr, or refer the matter to the courts having jurisdiction.

13. Contact

contact@growquest.ai — or the contact form.
